Characteristics
The KOMPACT SELF-LOADING ICR-S LIBRA unit consists of the following main elements:
- Material receiving hopper with an approximate capacity of 5 m³, equipped with a VIBRATING FEEDER OA-2000/700, supported on springs at its lower part. The hopper includes a gate to regulate the feed flow to the crusher.
- CB-UPN 500x6 CONVEYOR BELT for the extraction of pre-screened material.
- The ICR-S LIBRA mill is a secondary/tertiary impact crusher that offers great versatility thanks to its design and configuration. It can produce a significant amount of sand or aggregates depending on the customer’s specific needs, and it is ideal for the production of aggregates with a perfect particle size distribution.
- It is equipped with a discharge conveyor at the lower part to evacuate the material produced by the impact crusher. This conveyor collects the resulting crushed material.
- IP65 METAL CABINET to house the electrical panel inside. The control panel includes frequency inverters, a PLC, a touch screen, and all the necessary electrical protections for safe operation of the equipment.
- The unit is self-loading through lifting pistons that allow the equipment to be autonomously loaded onto a lowboy trailer or similar means of transport provided by the customer.
- The components of the unit are electrically powered; therefore, an energy supply is required, either through a generator or a mains power source.
