Characteristics
The KOMPACT SELF-LOADING ICR-T PISCIS unit consists of the following main elements:
- Material receiving hopper with an approximate capacity of 5 m³, equipped with a VIBRATING FEEDER FD-AVM 60/105, supported on springs at its lower part. The hopper includes a gate to regulate the feed flow to the crusher.
- CB-UPN 800x5 CONVEYOR BELT to transport the material from the receiving hopper to the crusher. Features according to model.
- The ICR-T PISCIS mill is a tertiary impact crusher, ideal for the production of high-quality sand with a perfect particle size distribution.
- It is equipped with a discharge conveyor at the lower part to evacuate the material produced by the impact crusher. This conveyor collects the resulting crushed material.
- IP65 METAL CABINET to house the electrical panel inside. The control panel includes frequency inverters, a PLC, a touch screen, and all the necessary electrical protections for safe operation of the equipment.
- The unit is self-loading through lifting pistons that allow the equipment to be autonomously loaded onto a lowboy trailer or similar means of transport provided by the customer.
- The components of the unit are electrically powered; therefore, an energy supply is required, either through a generator or a mains power source.
